Terms and Conditions

NOTE:

1. The Amount quoted above Excludes fuel.

2. For any day (s) exceeding the agreed period of hire, the “client” shall pay for the extra days by the agreed per day hire rate stated in here.

3. The vehicle (s) remains the property of the “Transporter”.

PAYMENT The “Client” must pay up to fifty percent or more of the amount above before the commencement of the service, the balance must be paid immediately upon return (12 hours) failure or delay to do so will call for a Delay fine of up to: (Except for approved Prepaid Credit clients).

(i) 24 Hours 20% charge.

(ii) 7 days 30% charge.

(iii) 14 days 40% charge and

(iv) for every day after 31 days from compilation of service-50% charge.

OTHER TERMS

1. Cancelation Fee:

The “Transporter” shall charge a cancelation fee of

(a)   Within 24hrs before commencement of contract-20% charge off the total

Agreed amount.

(b)   Within 48 hours-40% charge before commencement of contract.

(c)    During the Service-50% of the remaining contract period.

(d)   After the agreed period of contract-60% charge.

2. RESCUE AND BREAKDOWNS:

(e)   In the event of a Mechanical breakdown, The “Transporter” shall take responsibility for the repairs or improvise and meet costs of the alternative convenient means of transport.

(f)     The “Transporter” shall not take responsibility for any valuables lost on the Vehicle.

(g)   The “Transporter” shall avail the vehicle with a driver and meet his/her upkeep expenses. The “Transporter” will only avail a vehicle for self drive on terms stated on a different contract form as and when needed.

(h)   The contract is per job and in the event of price changes in the business environment; the “Transporter” reserves the right to increase the transport rate on the next job.

(i)     The “client” shall undertake all the fuel responsibilities unless the “Transporter” has been facilitated by the client.

3. Restriction of Driver:

It shall be the responsibility of the Renter to ensure he/she is the only authorized driver with a valid drivers licence.

1. Mileage Charge:

Unlimited mileage applies to all vehicle rentals.

2. VAT Tax:

The renter shall pay all VAT Taxes related to the vehicle rented at 18% of the transaction or any other future Taxes as advised by the Government Agencies from time to time.
